PS21 - Kyiv I
We reached Kyiv on July 8th via Toronto and Frankfurt. We meant to stay overnight and then go to our Participant Orientation Camp, but we ended up just going straight to Ostroh.
From what I remember, Kyiv was a bit of a shock to the system - not because of the language, but because of the crowds. I don't think I'd ever been in anything like a real crowd before. And here's a tip for the Kyiv Metro: Carry your backpack in front of you! =)
