PS16 - Albion Cross II

From left to right: Rae-Ann Matheson, Ila Mae Matheson, Kari (sister, sister, 1st cousin).

I suppose Kari and I were in odd positions at that lunchtime, but both of us had already eaten.

Sirrus and his teddy bear.

My grandmother.

The sheep.

Blueberries.

As you can see, there isn't much of a road behind us, but hey - we had a Chevy!

Sirrus greets us upon returning.

The Cavalier came off the cross-crountry trek in more or less okay shape, except for a newly and improperly installed muffler.

Ah, kids.

Dad and his new bike.

Trouble brewing.

Melaney: "Hey! No wheelies in front of the kids!"

And whoever saw this coming?

Some of the Hellers, just after arriving in Albion Cross on their way northeast.

From left to right: Arthur Jr., Rae-Ann, Jim, BJ, Arthur Sr., Ila Mae.

And, new from GM, the Eco-Truck! This truck is so environmentaly friendly that it grows its own grass. (Next will be a model of the Venture minivan, targeted at neo-hippies, that also grows its own grass, if you follow me.)

Grass is amazing, isn't it? It'll pop up absolutely anywhere in the worst imaginable conditions, but should you try to start it deliberately on fertile earth, it will often resist growing.

Stanley and the new aquisition to the Springwater Farms fleet.

Ila, grabbing my camera bag right off my neck.

Hay crew: Sirrus (honorary), Melaney, Tori, Mark.

The new barn at Springwater Farms.

Mathesons, Top: Ila Mae, Rae Ann
Mathesons, Bottom: George, Melaney

Uncle Shane and I follow Grandma's footsteps along with his nieces and nephews.

Ah, kids.

From left to right: William, Carolyn, Tyler, Deanna.

Uncle Shane inspecting the Corolla for damage.

Guess we should have taken the Chevy.

It almost looks like one of the kids got control of the car and it poor Uncle Shane. Oh, that would have been a good picture!

Ila, pumping gas, though she's not eligible to become an Irving Girl until 2015.

Stanley making use of the escalator. This system is a vast improvment over last year's "attach slide to bales with bungee cord" system.

Pull, sit, push, pull.

There's a lot of truth in that!

My last evening on PEI. I asked my Dad to help take a few pictues.
