PS10j - Beach Day / Air Show
The last event of Frosh Week was a Beach Day at MacDonald beach near CFB Shearwater. Most of the frosh leaders who weren't too hungover from Friday night came out, but, regretably, only a handful (like three) frosh came. Our day coincided with the first day of the International Air Show, and we happened to be almost directly underneath it. I spent a lot of time covering my ears when the supersonic planes were out, but when the hot-doggers came around, I took a few pictures.
The inflatable race-thingy in the back was brought in by Glow Promotions.
The attendant had a fairly boring afternoon.
William reading Daniel Defoe's "Moll Flanders." Actually, I think that
this was the best and clearest shot of the day, and it's kind of ironic
that the camera took it itself. =)
William pretending to look at the airplanes while really looking at
the women in swimsuits.
Andrew Kazmel (orientation coordinator) cooking us some hot dogs.
A few Frosh Leaders enjoying the sun just before we packed to leave.
The bus, a few moments before the trip back to campus. See
large-size version.
